How do I place a custom order?
My wedding is soon! Do you offer express service?
If a Garment is required within 2 calendar months of when the Consultation booking is made, an Express Fee will be applied to the order. Express orders can never be guaranteed and are always subject to atelier availability.
Do you Ship out of Canada?
Yes, we offer worldwide delivery.
What are your starting prices?
– Wedding Dresses: C$2000
– Reception Dresses: C$1500
– Bridal Robes: C$500
– Custom Prom Dresses: C$800
– Special Occasion Dresses: C$1000(With Fabric)
– Party Guest: Price on request.
How far in advance can I book?
To ensure timely delivery, please book your dress in advance. Here are our recommended booking timelines:
– Wedding dresses: 4-8 months prior to the event
– Evening and Reception dresses: 2-6 months prior to the event
– Prom dresses: 2-6 months prior to the event
Please note that late bookings will be considered rush orders and may incur additional fees.
Do you make Bridesmaids/Special Occasion Orders?

I am not based in Canada, how do I have a consultation with you?
We offer both virtual and in-person Custom design consultation.

Taxes & Duties
For all orders placed outside Canada, it is your responsibility to pay any eligible taxes and duties with the courier during the delivery process. We do our best to provide you with an estimate beforehand.
